Trond A. Eilertsen (Chief Executive Officer)

Trond has more than 20 years experience in the international high tech industry with specialisation in software and hardware engineering and product and services development. He has worked and consulted for multinational corporations such as Alcatel, ABB and Ericsson, both developing and managing the development of cutting edge products for global markets. As a supplier & consultant for large telecommunications service providers such as Telenor, Telia and BT, Trond also has extensive experience in the delivery and implementation of advanced communications and business solutions serving a multitude of business areas across a wide range of organisations. He has participated in developing and implementing engineering processes, work methods and quality assurance practises for different development organisations, based on different quality standard requirements. This has given him in-depth knowledge and competence within the field of applied technology engineering.

Caroline Quinn (Chief Operations Officer)

Carol has more than 20 years experience in international sales & marketing and corporate communications. She has lived for more than twenty-two years in Norway and has held senior managerial positions both at Ericsson and Tomra, where she has also been involved in organisational development and customer relations management projects. She has for many years been actively involved in the creative processes within organisations and has worked as a freelance innovation consultant for an internationally renowned market research company. She has also been responsible for the administration of a Norwegian IT/Telecommunications consultancy company. Born and raised in Hong Kong, and fluent in several languages, she has a deep understanding of Asia and its business culture.
